Please complete the registration form below indicating your attendance at the various activities. The MCAI has reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Nashville Downtown. Visit www.Hilton.com for more information about the hotel. Hotel expenses are an individual cost and are not included in the registration fee.

Conference registration is still open but you will need to find alternate hotel accomodations. There are several close hotels to the Hilton Downtown Nashville. 

Early Bird Rate: Through March 31, 2024

  • Contractor Member: $750; Spouse/Guest: $450; $200 per child
  • Associate/Affiliate Member: $850; Spouse/Guest: $500; $250 per child

Regular Rate: After March 31, 2024

  • Contractor Member: $850; Spouse/Guest: $550; $300 per child
  • Associate/Affiliate Member: $950; Spouse/Guest: $600; $350 per child

All association sponsored meals, refreshments, and events, with the exception of hotel expenses are included in your registration fees.
