Year after year the construction industry suffers from a silent killer. A few years ago AGC of America, and powered by a couple of local chapters, headed the call to raise awareness. Now at a place with the industry realizing we have a problem, the question is, “now what to do we do?”
Mr. Anderson and Mr. Reams will walk attendees through a captivating presentation, breaking down the current state of the industry, the why, and discussing the stigma surrounding Mental Health, Suicide Prevention and Substance Misuse. Throughout this session the underlying focus will become clear that we all are capable of the transformative potential of “Creating HOPE Through ACTION”.
